MODEL RELEASE FORMS
    for and in consideration of printing rights of my digital images, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge ©Paige Everson | Fine Art Portraits, their agents, employees, successors, and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable, or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both persona and property, and also any and all damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following :: 

    Physically Liability Release
    Physical risks assumed by the Client in relationship to posing and/or photography location(s). 
    Client will not hold Photographer or the owner of the property liable for any injury that may occur during the session. 
    Model Release
    Release giving permission to ©Paige Everson | Fine Art Portraits to use any and all images taken and making them available for use on said company's website and social media accounts, as well as any and all advertising used by said company. 
    It is understood and agreed that this receipt of all printing rights is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of the aforesaid agreed upon actions, causes of action, claims and demands; that this release contains the entire Agreement between the parties in regards to the digital files and prints; and that the terms of this Agreement is contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his/her respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of New York. 

    This Release has been read and fully understood by the undersigned and has been explained to me.

    In accord with the Electronic Signatures and Records Act (ESRA), e-signatures sent to a verifiable email address belonging to the aforementioned parties, will serve as the same means of legal binding in the state of New York, as a physical signature.
